PA Man Critical After Hit-Run in Bronx

An out-of-towner was seriously injured during a hit-and-run incident in Tremont, Bronx on the morning of May 26.

The 23-year-old victim was walking west across Webster Avenue near East 176th Street around 4am when he was struck. The Allentown, PA resident was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where he remains in critical condition with a head injury.

Police said they do not have a description of the car that hit the victim. Investigators are canvassing the area for video and witnesses to get a description of the vehicle and the driver.
