$310,000 Settlement : Injury from Falling Ceiling Tile at Construction Site

Our client was hired to paint the interior of a commercial building in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY. As he was on an A-frame ladder, a ceiling tile fell from the grid ceiling and knocked him off his ladder. As a result of hitting the hard ground, our client suffered a broken bone in his back.
