While working as a security guard in a medical facility, our client sat in an office chair. When he did, the seatback broke causing him to fall to the ground hitting his head and back. Since the injury happened at work, he hired a Orange County Workers’ Compensation lawyer. The Workers’ Compensation lawyer referred the case to Finkelstein & Partners to handle the claim against the chair manufacturer. Managing Attorney Edward Steves fully investigated the case and discovered the chair was defectively manufactured. We started a lawsuit and were able to prove our case with very effective depositions of the chair manufacturers’ representatives.
