Donald Crouch is a supervising partner with our sister firm, Fine, Olin & Anderman practicing in the Workers’ Compensation Department. He was responsible for extensive litigation at the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and in the New York State appellate courts against a major employer for inappropriate deductions from workers’ compensation payments. Through his efforts, in that case, the injured workers’ were refunded over two million dollars and established legal precedent protecting all injured workers’ in New York State.

Mr. Crouch has presented at workshops at union conferences on the topics of New York Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is an original member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. The IWBA is dedicated to advocating for injured workers and their families throughout New York State. He is a member of the New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association. He serves on an advisory committee appointed by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board for review and revision of New York State workers’ compensation policy and practice.
