David Stauber

David was born in Brooklyn, NY, and graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1988. At that time, he was inducted into the Academic Honors Society Phi Beta Kappa. During the summers, he clerked with the New York Law Journal. In 1988, he interned with the New York State Legislature. In 1991, he received his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and joined Fine, Olin & Anderman as an attorney. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court. In 1994, David moved to Albany and opened the Albany office of sister firm Fine, Olin & Anderman.

David’s primary areas of practice are representing injured people in Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Disability Retirement. He has also practiced in criminal defense, labor law, real estate law, and family law. David has been a volunteer firefighter in Saratoga County for many years and has held various officer positions within his fire company.
