Major GM Recall Case to Begin Monday, January 11th

In 2014 General Motors (GM) recalled nearly a million vehicles due to defective ignition switches. The defect compromised vehicle’s airbag system’s functionality.

On Monday, January 11th the first of six scheduled civil trials began in a New York courtroom.

The victim in the first case claims the defective GM ignition switch prevented airbags from deploying during a serious car crash.

Thankfully the victim survived. Sadly every year thousands of innocent people are hurt and killed due to defective auto parts.
