Shortly after 4pm on Sunday, January 10th first responders worked to free a man trapped under the L train at Brooklyn’s Bedford Ave station.
EMT’s, Police, and Firefighters worked together to remove the man from the tracks. According to witnesses it took roughly thirty minutes to free the man.
Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the incident.
According to a Fire Department spokesman the man did survive the incident. He was transported to Woodhull Medical center; however his current condition is unclear.
