On Sunday, October 4th a police chase ensued between a 24 year old driver and Queens police.
The driver, in an attempt to flea the scene of a traffic stop recklessly drove his vehicle into an oncoming city bus.
The impact of the crash caused the city bus to slam into two parked cars, eventually coming to a stop in the side of a building.
Miraculously there were no serious injuries as a result of the crash.
Authorities later reported discovering the driver of the fleeing car was in possession of 64 bags of crack cocaine.
According to the Center for Disease Control drugs are involved in roughly 18% of motor vehicle deaths.
