Cristina Dulay was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2000; New York State Bar, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2008; and the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2014. Cristina graduated from New York University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philippine Studies. Cristina was also a Fulbright Scholar at the Philippine Normal University in Manila, Philippines in 2000.

While in law school, Cristina clerked for the United States Department of Justice at the Executive Office for the United States Trustee and for the Honorable Walter J. Tolub in the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Division. Cristina also was an Editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Law Journal for Practical and Clinical Law.

Her primary areas of practice are debtor and creditor rights, including bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure, short sale and loan modification negotiations, wills, trusts and estates; and commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters. She is admitted to both the New York, New Jersey and Illinois bars. Cristina regularly lectures in the area of Debtor and Creditor Rights before various unions in New York State, as well as continuing her own legal education in those areas.
