Tendonitis

Tendinitis is defined as an inflammation or irritation of the tendon. Tendinitis is often caused by manual labor. Data entry workers, landscapers, construction workers, cleaning and janitorial staff are among those who frequently suffer from tendinitis.

Treatment from tendinitis varies but generally includes time off of work and the usage of anti-inflammatory painkillers, cortisone injections, antibiotics, and sometimes surgery.
